2. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full applicable payment. We will send you an confirmation email after the reception of the payment, but due to technical reasons (banks, adminstration) this might take two to four weeks. A written invoice will be provided at the Conference.

3. Cancellation policy:

A 75% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the congress secretariat until May 15, 2006.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 15, 2006.

Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.

Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to address given here.

4. Name changes can only be made after a name change fee of 25 Euro has been payed.

5. The student discount can only be granted if a suitable proof of full-time student status has been provided (Scan or copy of ISIC student ID card or any official student ID card in German or English).

6. Please note that every paper submission has to be accompanied by a regular registration, i.e. the student registration does not include eligibility for paper submission.
